Job Description

Teaches tennis lessons, promotes and assists in the implementation of the tennis programs, and supports the Director Tennis.

Requirements

Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado
Must participate in all resort required meetings and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
Instruct tennis at varying levels and ages in a progressive and educational manner
Assist Director of Tennis with scheduling private and group lessons, charge and collect fees, and execute policies and regulations of the tennis related activities at the resort
Contribute in the creation of new concepts for various tennis events and orchestrate the communication promotion and execution of these events
Oversee court reservation program to ensure equitable and amenable allocation of court usage for members guests tournaments lessons and other events
Encourage Member participation in tennis and assist the Director of Tennis in additional program areas as needed
Abide by all resort policies and safety regulations, and perform other duties as requested by the Director Tennis
