Job Description
The Department of Earth and Environmental Science at Temple University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Hydrology. The successful candidate will develop a highly creative, externally funded research program, mentor a diverse cohort of graduate and undergraduate students, and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in geology / environmental science.

Requirements

  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in groundwater hydrology.
  • Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed venues.
  • Seek external funding to support research activities.
  • Mentor and advise students from different backgrounds.
