Job Description
We invite applications for tenure-track faculty in biostatistics to join the Temple University Barnett College of Public Health Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Areas of interest include spatial statistics, high-dimensional and big data, Bayesian statistics, and learning algorithms. The successful candidate will participate as a member of the Department’s Biostatistics Core, which offers comprehensive biostatistical consultation and computational services to researchers in the College of Public Health and throughout Temple University.
Requirements
Doctorate in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field
Experience in spatial statistics, high-dimensional and big data, Bayesian statistics, and learning algorithms
Ability to teach didactic coursework at the undergraduate or graduate level
