Role OverviewThe Terminal Manager is responsible for the overall efficient operation of the bus terminal, coordinating and overseeing all functions of the facility, including facility maintenance, vehicle maintenance, safety, payroll, dispatch, and recruiting.
What You Will Do
The Terminal Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, oversight of the school bus fleet, drivers, and monitors, implementing driver recruitment programs, managing staff, investigating complaints, and ensuring compliance with company, district, state, and federal regulations.
