Role OverviewTerritory Account Manager will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. They will work with local industrial reps in multiple markets, gather information on requirements to facilitate RFQs, and respond to inbound leads and requests. They will also maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
What You Will Do
Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA, generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities, work with local industrial reps in multiple markets, gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs, quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, and expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Requirements
- 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
- Industrial contract knowledge
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
