Territory Director

The Territory Director provides leadership for supply chain operations within an assigned area of the distribution network. This position is accountable for achieving company objectives, performance standards, and operating expense goals at multiple distribution centers within a defined geographical territory within North America. The incumbent is responsible for overall servicing of customers within the territory, as well as overall management and performance of warehouse facilities.

What You Will Do

Develops and directs all Managers to ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations. Oversees all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged product, and administrative duties. Develops and executes account planning strategies to increase sales by maintaining or growing existing business as well as capitalizing on new business. Recruits, hires, and trains a productive warehouse management team.

Requirements

• BS Degree required
• At least five (5) years in a regional distribution leadership role
• Strong background in warehouse operations
• Working knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
• Must be able to effectively communicate within the organization and business units throughout the company, and with partners across the supply chain
