Job Description
Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Territory Manager to support the Market Manager and ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met. The role involves influencing and leading a team of Independent Operators covering the MNY territory, managing customer and retailer relationships, and implementing business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably with a Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food/Beverage organization
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills
  • Seasoned in conflict management
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule involving early mornings, evenings, and/or weekend
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
