Job Description
As a Territory Manager, you'll drive new business and manage relationships with neurosurgeons, hospital executives, and operating room staff for a rapidly growing technology company entering the neurosurgical robotics market.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned region, targeting neurosurgery departments, academic medical centers, and integrated health systems.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, demonstrations, and capital justification through contract negotiation and installation.
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to coordinate on-site evaluations, surgeon training, and post-install follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and customer records within CRM.
  • Represent the company at regional and national neurosurgical conferences, trade shows, and symposia.
  • Provide competitive insights and voice-of-customer feedback to inform marketing and product strategy.
