What You Will Do
Develop channel partners who will effectively cover all market segments within geography and increase Marvin’s market share. Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts. Develop channel partner sales team and pro trade contractors through various training, which includes market segment training and focus, sales support, technological interface tools, sales training, and product knowledge training.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Premium building products experience in a dealer direct territory-based outside sales environment
- Previous experience in the fenestration or premium building material industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
- Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities
- Ability to work with required technology, software applications, CRM platform (Salesforce.com)
