Job Description
As a Territory Manager at NAVEX, you will serve as the lead contact for assigned accounts to facilitate customer needs, resolve issues and explore potential revenue opportunities. You will acquire deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry and build skills to demonstrate persistence and achieve assigned goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in SMB account manager, Customer Success with quota responsibility or a similar B2B SaaS commercial role
  • Meet expected engagement and activity benchmarks for a high-volume SMB book of business
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned upsell quota
  • Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment
  • Experience in business development activities toward achieving overall customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively and under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate and create strong partnerships with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
