Job Description
The Territory Manager has responsibility for an assigned service territory with direct supervision of route representatives. The role involves evaluating, coaching, and developing Route Sales Representatives, creating a sales culture, managing customer service programs, and negotiating renewal agreements.

Requirements

  • Effectively evaluate, coach, and develop Route Sales Representatives (RSRs)
  • Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters team selling
  • Manage day-to-day activities of customer service program(s) for the territory
  • Recruit, select and hire Route Sales employees
  • Deliver and participate in training to ensure customer retention and service goals are met
  • Coordinate collections for accounts receivable
  • Protect and manage merchandise control processes
  • Promote and sustain a safety culture
  • Investigate and report on all accidents or incidents
