Requirements

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies targeting both direct customers and channel partners
  • Prospect and close direct sales opportunities with end-users across target industries
  • Recruit, train, and manage relationships with distributors and well contractors in your territory
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customers' water management goals, pain points, and decision-making processes
  • Present customized solutions based on customer needs, highlighting benefits and ROI
  • Negotiate terms and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators
  • Represent Resource Monitor at regional industry events and trade shows
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development
