Role OverviewReporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the management and growth of a portfolio of Independent Retailers across a targeted region (PNW- Washington, Oregon & Idaho). This role will be primarily focused on our Flame products and is a part of our Trade Pro business unit.
What You Will Do
Lead and motivate a sales team, deploy sales strategies, collect market intelligence, balance sales channels, and provide monthly reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience working in sales with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
