Role OverviewOur client in the facility services industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to their corporate sales team in South Florida. In this role, you will take ownership of a South Florida territory and drive new account growth across Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
What You Will Do
Build new B2B accounts, prospect brick-and-mortar businesses, target property managers, owners, operators, and facility leaders, manage a self-generated pipeline, prepare proposals, pricing, walkthroughs, and contract details, close recurring service contracts and broader facility solutions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- New business prospecting and cold outreach experience
- Experience successfully managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
- Ability to travel locally across Palm Beach and Broward Counties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
