Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand dealer relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States region. This is a hybrid, field-based sales role that requires a seasoned direct-to-dealer flooring sales professional who understands the independent dealer landscape.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of flooring industry sales experience
  • Strong experience within engineered hardwood flooring
  • Existing relationships with flooring dealers and contractors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Proven ability to build territories and develop business from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of flooring distribution, dealer economics, and retail sales processes
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
