Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will achieve and exceed sales growth targets in the assigned territory, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to inquiries, and closing sales in radiation therapy and industrial markets.

What You Will Do

The role involves working indoors 50% of the time and traveling for customer presentations, targeting potential or existing customers and key influencers, driving market growth through lead development, and establishing and nurturing account relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in business, construction, or the shielding industry
• Thorough understanding of sales principles and practices
• Expertise in direct and phone sales
• Fundamental understanding of architectural processes, production distribution channels, and construction aspects
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining key accounts
• Ability to read blueprints and estimates
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Skill in developing qualified contacts and effective follow-up
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Experience with prospecting, cold call tactics, and territory business plans
• Knowledge of the construction and construction distribution business
• Working knowledge and understanding of the construction contracting business
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and addressing customer needs
• Technical skills to educate clients on our products and services
• Ability to follow ISO policies and procedures
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
• Valid Driver’s License
