Role OverviewThe Territory Manager is a sales position responsible for growing business with new and existing accounts in a specific geographical territory. This position focuses on Concentric value center solutions and requires building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
The Territory Manager will analyze sales data and market trends, build and maintain a satisfied and profitable customer base, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. They will also focus on selling new and used equipment, service programs, repairs, and maintenance contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales experience
- Experience with similar products and services preferred
- Successful track record in a sales role
- Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds across locations and departments
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs
- Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Must be professional in interactions with customers
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record for the past 3 years
