Requirements

  • Sales Performance: Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth (DSD, route, or field sales in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred)
  • Owner’s Mindset: Highly disciplined, competitive, and self-directed with a relentless drive to hit metrics.
  • Communication & Tech: Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable using mobile CRMs and routing tools.
