Job Description
The Lab Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of products, software, and services through various communication channels, including telephone, Microsoft Teams, email, and internet-based platforms. Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing new sales leads, providing technical advice and solutions, and managing sales opportunities within the CRM system.
Requirements
Develop deep expertise in Laboratory business product lines, software, and services
Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and monthly/yearly KPIs
Maintain thorough knowledge of internal sales and marketing applications
Execute outbound sales campaigns and manage incoming customer inquiries
Qualify sales leads by assessing customer needs, budget, decision makers, and purchase timeframe
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and perform occasional sample testing
Nurture leads through ongoing dialogue to close deals on products and services
