Job Description
The Lab Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of products, software, and services through various communication channels, including telephone, Microsoft Teams, email, and internet-based platforms. Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing new sales leads, providing technical advice and solutions, and managing sales opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Develop deep expertise in Laboratory business product lines, software, and services
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and monthly/yearly KPIs
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of internal sales and marketing applications
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns and manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Qualify sales leads by assessing customer needs, budget, decision makers, and purchase timeframe
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and perform occasional sample testing
  • Nurture leads through ongoing dialogue to close deals on products and services
