Job Description
The Territory Sales Specialist will meet and exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan. The job requires excellent communication, analytics, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify and engage key influencers, ensuring designated customer interaction expectations are met
Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers
Deliver comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Develop in-depth product and competitor knowledge
Analyze local trends to identify long and short-term goals
Collaborate with peers in the sales organization
Manage the territory budget
Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures
