Job Description
The Territory Sales Specialist will meet and exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan. They will provide scientific and clinical information to clients and deliver clinically brand sales presentations of client's products to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and engage key influencers
  • Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical brand presentations
  • Understand the healthcare delivery system within each assigned customer
  • Develop in-depth product and competitor knowledge
  • Analyze local trends to identify long and short-term goals
  • Collaborate with peers in the sales organization
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategy
  • Manage the territory budget
  • Complete administrative tasks
  • Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
  • Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
  • Maintain a clean driving record
