- Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results
- Strong coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity metrics, staffing, and employee development
- Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable using mobile technology and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when necessary
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs
