Role OverviewThe Territory Manager will be responsible for the operational oversight and execution of transportation functions across Pilgrim's US poultry business. They will drive a team of transportation specialists to ensure logistical and operational excellence of the transportation team supporting Pilgrim's East Region.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this role include leading the day-to-day operation and development of the East Region Transportation Team, building relationships with sales team, plant personnel, carrier base, receivers, and other key business partners, and managing freight rate negotiations.
