Job Description
As a Test and Measurement Software Engineer, you'll provide the capability to test products at system, sub system, module and component level, collecting and validating data to support the verification of product designs. You'll work within a complex testing environment, maintaining and developing in-house developed Data Acquisition System (DAS) and Universal Monitor and Control System (UMACS).

Requirements

  • Maintaining and developing in-house developed Data Acquisition System (DAS) and Universal Monitor and Control System (UMACS)
  • Interfacing UMACS to external devices such as an in-house developed data system and Allen-Bradley PLCs
  • Providing support for Gas Turbine and Component Test Stands
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Applying technical principles, theories, and concepts to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Representing the company to external stakeholders as the authority of their test programs
