Job Description
The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world, verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and maintaining strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity. This part-time position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, with a focus on providing a fair and comfortable testing experience for candidates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person
  • Must be 18 years of age to qualify
