Role OverviewThe Test Data Management (TDM) Expert with GenAI will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise-wide TDM strategies, designing and implementing data masking, synthetic data generation, and test data provisioning solutions, and establishing best practices for test data governance, privacy controls, and regulatory compliance. The role will also involve collaborating with architecture, engineering, and quality leaders to modernize TDM capabilities across the organization and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
What You Will Do
The TDM Expert with GenAI will act as the SME for IBM Optim and Test Data Management capabilities, design and implement data masking, synthetic data generation, and test data provisioning solutions, and support enterprise testing programs by ensuring test data availability, quality, and accessibility. The role will also involve evaluating and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to improve test data discovery, classification, and synthetic data creation, and designing AI-powered solutions that streamline Test Data Management and Quality Engineering processes.
