Test Engineer for New Programs

As a Test Engineer for New Programs, you will interpret and apply new engine performance specifications to end-of-line hot test for new engine programs, create and maintain project schedules and budgets, and lead and participate in multiple simultaneous engineering efforts.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing process changes, test equipment changes, and documenting manufacturing processes for new products.

We are looking for a candidate with a B.S. Degree in Engineering, 4+ years of experience in engine testing, and extensive experience with software programming languages.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering (Prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
• 4+ years of experience in engine testing, product validation, new product launches or manufacturing test engineering
• Extensive experience with software program language
• Experience with Visual Management/Project Management Tools
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence others
• Ability to work within deadlines to achieve goals
