Role OverviewCSAT Solutions is seeking a Test Engineer Technician 1 to investigate and approve or deny diagnostic skip requests, troubleshoot diagnostic BIOS/software configuration issues, and perform test line maintenance.
What You Will Do
The role involves setting up and tearing down test lines, downloading drivers and BIOS updates, and meeting quality system requirements. The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Associates degree in relevant field or course work equivalent towards B.S. in engineering/related field
- 1 year or more experience within relevant field
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
- Computer skills: BIOS configuration, driver installation, software configuration
- Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge
- Proficient English abilities
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
