The Test Engineering Internship is offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
What You Will Do
Support characterization, validation, and production testing of mixed-signal and analog semiconductor devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Analyze wafer sort and final test data to identify yield trends and opportunities for test optimization. Assist in debugging test hardware and programs, and collaborate with product, design, and manufacturing engineers to perform root cause analysis on failing devices.
