Job Description
Blue Origin is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of test engineers responsible for developing and executing test plans for propulsion systems, avionics, and structures. The role involves ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of spacecraft components through rigorous testing methodologies while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in test engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with aerospace or propulsion systems testing
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to various audiences
