Job Description

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Industry certifications (e.g., PMI, IAPM, PRINCE2)
5 years' proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
Solid business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and process mapping
Ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery scope
Experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) and vendor-led technology implementations
Experience in nonprofit, retail, or multi-site operational environments
Knowledge and experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Familiarity with tools for requirements management, DevOps, test management and automation, defect tracking, Microsoft.NET/Azure, and structured query language (SQL)
Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
