Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Industry certifications (e.g., PMI, IAPM, PRINCE2)
  • 5 years' proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Solid business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and process mapping
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery scope
  • Experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) and vendor-led technology implementations
  • Experience in nonprofit, retail, or multi-site operational environments
  • Knowledge and experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools for requirements management, DevOps, test management and automation, defect tracking, Microsoft.NET/Azure, and structured query language (SQL)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
