Job Description
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Test Technician 2. This role will perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and recording results. Provide technical support to engineers and manufacturing on complex components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment.

Requirements

  • Work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches
  • Interpret and follow written documents such as SOPs and test procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Interface with other departments to assure efficient flow of information and materials
  • Lead a team to meet production deadlines and ensure quality of finished product
  • Diagnose cause of electrical, optical, mechanical malfunction, or failure of operational equipment
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Modify a variety of complex electrical prototypes in accordance with engineering instructions
  • Support Engineering while utilizing industry best practices
  • Conduct developmental tests while ensuring safety of yourself and your team
