Job Description
EPAM NEORIS is a Digital Accelerator that helps companies to enter the future, having more than 20 years of experience as Digital Partners of some of the world's largest companies. We are looking for a tester with 4-5 years of experience in functional testing, experience with tools like JIRA and ALM, and solid knowledge of the testing process and software development life cycle.

Requirements

  • Understand and adapt to the working process according to the software development life cycle used in the project (Waterfall, Agile, RUP).
  • Analyze and comprehend entry documents (use cases, requirements, functional specifications).
  • Identify and document functional gaps in the documentation.
  • Build a test matrix (traceability).
  • Use advanced techniques for identification of test scenarios.
  • Design and build test cases.
  • Execute test cases within established cycles.
  • Report defects with clear documentation and follow up until closure.
  • Send progress reports to the test team.
  • Generate test metrics for the project.
  • Propose improvements to functional testing processes.
  • Management of testing cells up to 5 resources.
