Job Description
The Testing Manager leads a highly skilled team of Testing Engineers, oversees laboratory operations, and ensures that product development and continuous improvement initiatives are supported with rigorous, data-driven testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering
  • Strong background in CAM programming (MasterCAM, NX)
  • Familiarity with tool grinding and related CAM platforms (ToolStudio, VGPro)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing programs and manage multiple high-impact testing initiatives
