Job Description
Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for a Testing Officer. The role requires a TS/SCI Security Clearance and a degree in Education or a related field with 24 hours in specific education areas. The Testing Officer will serve as a functional expert in Instructional Systems Design to support CIWT's development and maintenance of its testing programs.

Requirements

  • Must have a degree in Education or related field with twenty-four (24) hours in specific education areas.
  • Practical knowledge and skill in interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel.
  • Practical knowledge of Navy guidance documents used in the development of testing materials.
  • Experience using Adobe Captivate, CPM and AIM II/LOM.
