Job Description
Starpath is seeking a Testing & Qualification Lead for their Space Solar Hardware team. The successful candidate will own internal qualification and acceptance processes, maintain environmental test plans, and lead failure analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • B.S. or higher in an engineering discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in reliability, quality, or test engineering for high-reliability hardware, space or aerospace
  • Direct experience building and owning environmental test programs
