HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced water industry professional to serve in a leadership position as our Texas Gulf Wastewater Treatment Team Lead. You will be responsible for leading and growing the wastewater treatment team in the Texas Gulf Coast region. You will pursue and secure opportunities with new and existing clients, mentor staff, deliver projects, and grow the business portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 7 years experience
  • TX PE or ability to obtain reciprocity
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
