Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing fabrication labs, makerspaces, or similar hands-on technical facilities
• Ability to establish a strong working relationship with a variety of program stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Ability to troubleshoot physical and electronic systems
• Experience managing equipment operation and maintenance, vendor relationships, and repair coordination
• Experience working with a wide variety of software systems including databases, project management, scheduling, and communications
• Experience in education, coaching, advising, and mentoring
