Role OverviewTGA of Southern Westchester is looking for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our growing after-school enrichment team. We provide structured golf, tennis, and pickleball programs for children ages 5–15 at schools and community facilities throughout Southern Westchester and Fairfield County. Our mission goes beyond teaching sports. We want to help children build confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of being active.
What You Will Do
Lead or support after-school programs for children ages 5–15, teach fundamental skills through fun, age-appropriate drills, games, and activities, and create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for people who love sports and love working with kids, have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of at least one of the following: golf, tennis, or pickleball, and are genuinely passionate about one or more of these sports.
Requirements
- 18+ required for Lead Coach positions
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of at least one: golf, tennis, or pickleball
- Passion for sports and working with children
- Energetic, positive, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing and engaging a group of children
- Reliable transportation to program locations
- Able to successfully complete a background check
