Role OverviewTGA coaches may be assigned as either a Lead Coach or Station Coach, depending on experience, qualifications, and the needs of each program. Both are active coaching roles. Lead Coaches independently run an after-school class and are responsible for creating a fun, safe, organized, and engaging experience for their students. Station Coaches work alongside the Lead Coach and help deliver instruction, drills, games, and activities to smaller groups of students.
