Job Description
Maintenance Specialist III position at the Varner-Hogg Plantation State Historic Site. Performs complex building maintenance, construction, and grounds work for the First Capitol of Texas State Historic Site of the Texas Historical Commission (THC).
Requirements
Graduation from a senior high school or the equivalent
Minimum three years' work experience in construction, maintenance, and repair work
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure
