Job Description
The Brew Brothers Line Cook is responsible for safely preparing food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all outlets, while maintaining the standards of the Family Style Service Program.

Requirements

  • Provides superior guest service and has the resilience to deal with difficult guests
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, combi-oven, dicing machine and griddles
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Ability to work fast paced with a sense of urgency
  • Be a customer experience owner and act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Ability to work all shifts as business warrants
  • Must wear black, slip resistant shoes and be in proper uniform at all times
  • Knowledge and demonstration of workplace safety procedures
