Requirements

• Maintain a fun and friendly attitude with employees and guests
• Train staff in the safe and efficient use of all kitchen equipment
• Manage staff to reach departmental goals and maintain appropriate service levels
• Supervise food preparation to ensure wholesome, appetizing and consistently high-quality food is served
• Complete all required training within designated time frames
• Report to work in a neat, clean and pressed uniform
• Interact well with customers and pleasantly resolve all customer issues
• Select, train and evaluate Kitchen staff
• Comply with our drug & alcohol-free workplace
