Job Description

FSRI, a 130-year-old family service organization, is seeking a Financial and Accounting Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial operations. The role involves overseeing accounting, general ledger, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. The CFO will be responsible for organizational and functional leadership and direction, providing accurate, timely information and service, and empowering a team to grow. This is a vital position focused on positive impact on the community.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related degree; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
