Job Description
As a Seasonal Shift Lead at Cherry Hill Programs, you will be responsible for setting an example for the team, performing opening and closing duties, leading by example, and reinforcing policies and procedures. You will also assist with training and recruiting, take photos, and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
