Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of guest services, facility management, and employee coaching and encouraging. The role involves ensuring outstanding guest service, performing and supervising duties in various areas, and recommending and training staff.
What You Will Do
You will perform daily inventory counts, answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and maintain a clean and orderly theater environment. You will also pour alcoholic beverages, watch for safety issues, and perform other duties as assigned.
