Role OverviewSupervises and coordinates Theater activities; Supports each participant in achieving a higher level of personal skill, fosters an enhanced appreciation for theater, and increases student theatrical and technical capability through rehearsals and performances.
What You Will Do
Directs middle-school or high school theater productions, prepares lessons, plans instructional strategies, and conducts ongoing assessments of student achievement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited university in Theatre Education and/or English
- Valid Georgia Teaching Certification in applicable field required, or must be eligible to hold a valid Georgia Teaching Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of successful teaching and theatre directing experience required; Experience at the high school level preferred
