Job Description
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking a Manager III (Financial Reporting) to support the accounting and reporting functions at the agency. Requirements

  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge and proper application of GAAP.
  • Skills in critical thinking and analytical writing.
  • Ability to supervise work of accounting and finance personnel.
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to the agency’s Policies and Procedures.
