Job Description
The Program Specialist will perform complex program support work related to private postsecondary institutions and other institutions of higher education for the Academic & Health Affairs Division of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).
Requirements
Reviews and prepares approvals of applications for Certificates of Authorization
Updates, maintains, and ensures the accuracy of the Private Postsecondary Institutions program inventory database
Reviews and prepares approvals of applications for Certificate of Registration for institutional registered agents
Assists Data Management and Research with notifying Private Postsecondary Institutions and out-of-state institutions with Texas field-based learning of the annual Student Data Reporting Requirement
