Job Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapeutic Program Worker to join their team at the Northwest Behavioral Healthcare Campus in Toledo, Ohio. The successful candidate will provide support and encouragement to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, and will be responsible for completing daily documentation, performing light housekeeping duties, and organizing patient group activities. The position is covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit and offers a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, medical coverage, and education and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English
  • High school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence
  • Valid driver's license
  • Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Time Management
